We have an ongoing programme of new proposition development to make sure that we offer the very best in the business. What we mean by the best, is delviering on our clients business needs. So, your input in this process is essential.

We have just kicked off a strategic project looking specifically at provding our clients with a single user profile to access our full range of desk-top solutions. We believe that there's a lot of crossover in our users, particularly in Prospect Locator and Experian Intact. To make the user experience smoother and to make sure our clients are getting the very best return on every marketing pound we're reviewing these two products, what they deliver and how users access them.

We want to hear from you. We have sign-off from the executive team to undertake significant research this quarter and next. So, we're looking for users of these services to give us some really candid feedback on improvements we could make.
