  • Duncan Painter, Managing Director

    Duncan's role is to drive the business strategy and set a clear direction with a specific role of maintaining client-focus across the business. In February 2006 Experian successfully acquired ClarityBlue, the customer intelligence consulting business where Duncan was CEO and the company's founding partner. In July 2007, Duncan was the natural choice as leader of Experian's newly created Integrated Marketing business, which embraces the original ClarityBlue values within a structure that allows clients to realise a truly joined-up approach to marketing.

  • Tony Mooney, Deputy Managing Director

    Tony is responsible for ensuring Experian’s Integrated Marketing division provides its clients with the most innovative and effective fact-based marketing services and solutions. An industry-recognised marketing science expert, Tony has spent his career advising some of the world’s largest brands on how to create one-to-one marketing relationships with their customers and prospects.  Prior to joining Experian, Tony was CRM Director for Orange and before that he worked as CRM Director for Centrica.

    Chris is responsible for increasing the value and profitability from new and existing clients. Chris’s role is to ensure that clients’ programmes are delivered to the highest standards using the latest marketing propositions from Experian.  Chris has worked for Experian for the last 14 years, most recently he was Sales Director within Experian’s Marketing Services division.

  • Karen Hardy, Application & Service Delivery Director

    Karen’s primary responsibility is to ensure client projects exceed delivery expectations on time and on budget and maintain service excellence across all client systems. A proven operations professional, Karen joined Experian from Orange where she led its Value Add Programme Delivery Team (CRM and Credit Risk).  During her career at Experian, Karen has delivered major marketing technology programmes for a number of the country’s best-loved brands.

  • Tim Pullan, Commerical Director

    Tim’s role at Experian is to work with the Sales and Business Development organisations to drive profitable pricing and closure of our deals. Tim is a qualified lawyer with over 12 years experience in the City.  Prior to joining Experian Tim was a Partner of Lawrence Graham LLP where he provided legal counsel to global clients on outsourcing and privacy issues.

  • Gerald O'Shea, Finance Director

    Gerald joined Experian in October 2006, joining the Integrated Marketing division in November 2007 as Finance Director. Prior to that he spent ten years with Ernst & Young providing advisory services for blue chip clients including BP, Thomas Cook, Blackstone, Saga, National Express and GUS, where he spent eight months on secondment immediately prior to joining Experian.
